Hybrid - 120 Charlton Rd, Sturbridge, Massachusetts

$40K - $65K

What you’ll be doing

Introduce small and medium business customers to Verizon’s 5G products and services, demonstrating value through end‑to‑end solutions.

Develop new business through prospecting, networking and handling leads and referrals.

Partner with and mentor Consumer Retail Sales Representatives to drive small business results via the retail channel.

Acquire and retain accounts in the small business segment.

Use solutions‑based selling techniques to solve customers’ business problems.

Conduct outbound sales prospecting and customer visits.

Service existing customer base.

Use sales enablement systems to track, forecast and manage pipeline and book of business.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree or four years of work experience.

Three or more years of relevant experience in sales, marketing or customer service; military experience acceptable.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Experience in outside sales and outbound prospecting is preferred.

Ability to influence a team, build trust, negotiate and resolve conflict.

Scheduled weekly hours: 40 per week.

Hybrid work model: minimum three days per week in office; remaining days remote.
