About This RoleWe are hiring Field Service Technicians to support and service advanced industrial equipment, including CNC machine tools. No prior CNC experience is required. We actively hire and train experienced technicians from related industries such as:
- Commercial HVAC
- Industrial electrical or low voltage electrical
- Diesel / heavy equipment
- Field service / industrial maintenance
- Aircraft mechanics
- Enjoys diagnosing and solving complex equipment issues
- Is comfortable working independently in the field
- Has experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems
- Can work through problems with or without step by step instructions
- Takes pride in learning and expanding their skills
- Diagnose and repair industrial equipment including CNC machines at customer sites
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, drives, encoders, and control systems
- Perform mechanical work including alignments, assemblies, and repairs
- Use tools such as multimeters and diagnostic equipment to identify issues
- Use precision measuring tools and fixtures to check machine alignments
- Interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documents
- Install, commission, and maintain equipment
- Provide customer support and operator guidance when needed
- Work independently while collaborating with a team when needed
- Provide clear communication verbally and in service reports given to the customer

Strong Candidates May Have Experience In- HVAC systems and controls
- Industrial or commercial electrical work
- Diesel or heavy equipment repair
- Manufacturing maintenance or field service
- Electrical troubleshooting (motors, drives, transformers)
- Use of multimeters and electrical testing tools
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Control systems or PLC exposure
- Mechanical repair and alignment
- Hands‑on field training with experienced technicians
- Classroom and manufacturer training programs

Physical Requirements
- Must be highly mobile, able to access all areas of the premises
- Ability to concentrate and remain focused while prioritizing multiple tasks, responsibilities, and projects
- Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods
- Able to perform bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, and lifting of moderate to heavyweight material up to 50 lbs. with assistance from equipment or other employees
- Ability to frequently use hands and arms
- Vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work responsibly and professionally in dynamic job sites that may involve tight timelines, changing priorities, and interaction with customers and team members
