Automotive Technician

Young Automotive is a family-owned automotive repair shop seeking an experienced A-Level or Master Automotive Technician(
or equivalent A-Level experience
) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a Technician with strong diagnostic skills who wantstop pay, steady work, modern equipment, and true work / life balance. If you’re looking for a long-term career
without disorganization or weekend work,this is the shop for you. (Relocation assistance is a given.)

• $70,000–$130,000+ annually
  (based on skill level and experience)
• Structured flat rate + minimum hour guarantees
  (earn even more than the competitive guarantees through your skill—without rushed or unnecessary work)

• Trained Service Advisors sell work with integrity so techs can focus on diagnostics and quality repairs
• Modern shop, organized workflow, and Management listens and responds

• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics (electrical, drivability, hybrid)
• Diagnose and repair engine performance, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Service and repair domestic and import vehicles
• Complete repairs accurately with proper documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support and mentor B-Level technicians
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with modern vehicle systems and scan tools
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Your own trade-appropriate tools
• Team-oriented, professional attitude
