Pipe fitting Supervisor - Maritime Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pipe fitting Supervisor to oversee maritime piping projects. In this critical leadership role, you will manage and coordinate pipe fitting activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on all job sites. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining high standards and delivering successful project outcomes within the maritime industry.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate pipe fitting operations on maritime construction and maintenance projects.
  • Lead and direct pipe fitting teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
  • Plan and organize work schedules, materials, and resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Monitor work progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Conduct inspections and quality control checks to uphold high standards of workmanship.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in pipe fitting supervision within the maritime industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of piping systems, safety procedures, and industry standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Relevant certifications in pipe fitting and safety are preferred.
  • Prior experience with maritime construction or maintenance projects is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as required and adhere to project schedules.
