Ttxinc is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Wisconsin to work closely with established customers, resolve issues on installed systems, and fulfill spare parts orders. You will coordinate with Engineering, prepare quotes, track parts, and manage warranty and credit issues while maintaining accurate customer files.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, meticulous organization, and the ability to multi-task in a manufacturing environment. A high school diploma is required.
