- Handle escalated cases from lower-level support, independently develop solutions, document failures/root causes in real time, and initiate corrective/preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
- Collaborate with field technicians, engineers, and customers to assess problems, recommend fixes/parts, and ensure smooth handoffs or resolutions.
- Contribute to product lifecycle improvements: update maintenance manuals, service guides, knowledge bases, and technical documentation; provide feedback on design flaws or recurring issues to R&D/engineering.
- Support installation, commissioning, operator training, warranty processing, and failure analysis.
- Manage high-priority or critical customer situations (potentially after-hours/weekends/holidays), de-escalate issues, and keep stakeholders informed to meet compliance and satisfaction requirements.
- Leverage in-depth product knowledge to drive complete resolutions and prevent future problems.
- Experience:
2–5 years of experience in technical roles repairing and maintaining heavy and/or specialty equipment. - Technical
Skills:
Strong background in mechanics, hydraulics, or electrical systems. - Requirements: A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
