We are currently seeking a Relationship Banker to work in our Fish Creek office with rotational Saturday mornings (9am-12pm) in our Sturgeon Bay office. • Build customer relationships by listening, recommending solutions, and supporting financial goals.
• Originate consumer loans and guide borrowers through applications, approvals, and closing.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts including checking, savings, IRAs, and safe deposit boxes.
• Serve as a branch point of contact by greeting customers, answering questions, and directing inquiries.
• Process teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers.

• Strong communication skills and comfort working with diverse customers.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
• Technical proficiency with digital banking tools and computer systems.
