Marine Travelift is excited to be adding a full time Data Entry Specialist to our growing Purchasing Department Your primary focus is on important administrative support responsibilities managing a wide variety of data with heavy data entry and the use of databases and other resources

• Serves as the primary administrative support person for the supply chain department while learning supply chain operations
• Enter hard copy data electronically accurately and in a timely manner
• This role ensures all assigned products are properly quoted ordered delivered and available for shipment
• Enter accurate data within internal operating systems for reporting purposes
• Process purchase orders product quotes and internal information requests
• Works with a variety of data sources related to supply chain operations
• All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned

• Strong keyboard and data entry skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is a must
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel is required
• Organized and efficient
