Equipment Builder - 1st & 2nd Shift

Marine Travelift is excited to be adding full-time Equipment Builders to our 1st and 2nd shift teams

As an Equipment Builder, you are responsible for building our custom machines including boat hoists, marine forklifts, and industrial lifts. You will receive in-house job training.

1st shift – Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM;
Friday, 6:00 AM-12:00 PM

• Produce boat hoist and lift components by assembling parts and subassemblies into a single large product.
• Install engines, compartments, pumps, tires, conduit, and hydraulic lines.
• Assemble and install parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics onto large equipment using power tools and wrenching techniques.
• Lift and stack completed subassemblies and parts.
• Use overhead and jib cranes as needed to move steel beams and columns.
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities assigned.

• Have experience reading blueprints.
• Have previous mechanical experience or be mechanically inclined.
• Have high attention to detail.
• Be able to follow verbal and written work instructions in English.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

• 2nd shift has a four-day work week and shift differential pay.
