- Pay or shift range: $37.14 USD to $58.10 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
The Registered Nurse coordinates and administers quality patient and family care that is compassionate, holistic, respectful and value-driven. Has confident communication skills and acts as a patient advocate. The RN utilizes the nursing process to perform assessment of the patient’s physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs; planning, development and implementation of a multi-disciplinary plan of care; and evaluation of the patient’s response to care.

Education Required: Graduate of an approved school of nursing, BSN preferred or working on.
Related Years of Experience
Required:
Previous ICU experience required, two years experience in Acute Care preferred.
Credential/Licensure
Required:
Is currently licensed or able to become licensed to practice as an RN in Wisconsin;
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Shift: Working 30 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, with rotating weekends and holidays. Day and Night shift options.
Shifts:
7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. OR 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
The PM shift differential is 10% and Night shift differential is 17% of hourly rate of pay.
Qualifications Education RequiredAssociates or better in Nursing.
Masters or better.
