American Traveler is hiring a licensed RN for a Home Health position in Wisconsin, requiring HCHB and OASIS experience with a Monday-Friday day schedule and no call or weekend obligations.

• Home health setting serving patients across Door County and Kewaunee Counties, WI
• Day shift schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
• No on-call, no weekend, and no overtime requirements
• Uses Home Care Home Base (HCHB) EMR
• OASIS documentation required

• Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 12 months of Home Health nursing experience within the past 3 years
• HCHB (Home Care Home Base) EMR experience required
• OASIS competency required
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

• All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
• 13-week contract
