Mobily is one of AT&T’s few large nationally authorized retailers in the United States. We are looking for a Retail Sales Consultant (RSC). Our RSCs have unlimited earning capacity with lucrative commission plans. We provide training, tools, and a career path to upward mobility.
Core Responsibilities- Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate and understanding customer needs.
- Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
- Represent our company and AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
- Achieve sales goals and KPIs, which can lead to bonus payments.
- Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of AT&T as a condition of employment, including engaging with customers, representing products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown.
- Clear communication skills – attitude and technical aptitude.
- Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
- Background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
- At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong social media presence preferred.
- Reliable transportation to the location.
- Live within 30 minutes of the home store location and flexible to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
- Ability to operate a personal computer.
- Adhere to company policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
