Parts Sales Manager

• Manage parts sales department while collaborating with other department managers to ensure smooth day to day operations and customer satisfaction.
• Support parts sales department in assisting customers in solving their parts needs to ensure effective operation of their equipment.
• Process parts orders received from customers via web site, e-mail, and phone.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests for parts, service quotes, and order delivery while promoting efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and enhance parts sales pipeline to promote robust business operations.
• Communicate with both vendors and customers regarding parts availability issues, updates, and the need to expedite deliveries.
• Obtain updated pricing and lead times from suppliers to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.

Qualifications:

• Technical knowledge of heavy, construction, earthmoving, agricultural, and/or material handling equipment parts required.
• Previous experience leading & managing others is preferred.
• The ability to multitask, problem-solve, and delegate.
• Excellent communication, delegation, and follow through.
• Strong attention-to-detail and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word.
