The IT Change Assistant will provide administrative and coordination support to the IT Change Management process. This includes updating change requests in the IT tracking system, preparing materials and documentation for Change Advisory Board meetings, assisting with procedural documentation, and preparing stakeholder communications. This position plays an important role in ensuring changes are properly tracked, communicated, and documented in alignment with established policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIESAND DUTIES
- Enter and update change requests in the IT tracking system.
- Communicate change updates with key stakeholders.
- Assist with scheduling and preparing agendas for Change Advisory Board (CAB) and other change related meetings.
- Draft change related communications and other correspondence.
- Record and manage meeting minutes and action items.
- Assist with the review and audit of change records for completeness and accuracy.
- Help maintain change templates and procedures.
- Support the collection and organization of data for change reporting and reviews.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Personal computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office products.
- Occasionally in person, office work may be needed.
