• Oversee all aspects of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the manufacturing plant.
• Maintain robust financial controls and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
• Provide accurate financial data and insights to support strategic decision-making at the plant level.
• Work closely with department heads to monitor expenses and drive improvements in cost efficiency.
• Lead initiatives focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence within the finance function.
• Report directly to the CFO.
• Prepare periodic financial analyses and present findings to senior management.
• Support audits and enforce company policies related to financial management and internal controls.

• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of cost or general accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP and internal financial controls.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience driving process improvements.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems relevant to manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and cost drivers.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for senior leadership engagement.
