Car Guys Inc. is recruiting for this role to manage automotive used car sales at a dealership partner.

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance sales team through accountability management principles.
• Supervise training, development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees.
• Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction.
• Review forecasting of unit sales and gross profit.
• Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations.

• Strong organizational and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task and juggle multiple items at once.
• Strong attention to detail.

• High CSI and sales volume.
• Long-term stability in previous employment.
• Product knowledge and a passion for being involved in deals, not merely administering numbers.
