Gluer Operator

1st shift – 7 am to 3:30 pm Monday-Friday
2nd shift – 3:30 pm to 12 am Monday-Friday

Work schedule:

8 hour shift

Wage:
Starting at $27.48/hour (2nd or 3rd shift after training).

• Operate and Maintain Machinery:
  Efficiently operate and maintain machinery to achieve high-quality production standards.
• Set-Up and Adjust Machinery:
  Perform set-up and adjustments on all manufacturing machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Preventative Maintenance:
  Conduct general and preventative maintenance on all manufacturing machines to minimize downtime.
• Training:
  Train production operators, feeders, and packers in the proper operation and maintenance of manufacturing machinery.
• Assist in Repairs:
  Support the maintenance technicians in production equipment repairs to ensure continuous operation.
• Schedule Coordination:
  Coordinate and assist in executing daily schedules to complete all tasks on time.
• Record Keeping:
  Maintain accurate production records of materials used and spoiled and assist manufacturing operators in tracking this data.
• Continuous Operation:
  Participate in tasks necessary to ensure the continuous operation of the production process.
• Safety Compliance:
  Follow all plant safety rules and maintain a safe working environment.
• Quality Monitoring:
  Monitor the quality of products being produced to ensure they meet company standards.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills are required to perform this job.
• Mechanical aptitude is required.
