J.B. Poindexter & Co. (JBPCO) is seeking candidates for its MBA Leadership Development Program in the Sturgis area. The two-year rotation advances through six-month assignments in operations or supply chain, with a formal Individual Development Plan and mentorship from the Corporate VP of Operations.
Rotations will occur at JBPCO manufacturing locations in Elkhart, IN or Reading, PA, with potential relocation during the program and a leadership role offered upon completion.
