Production Supervisor

, we are looking for a Production Supervisor to take full onsite responsibility for our FC production cell, ensuring we meet our targets for cost, quality, safety, and lead time
.

• Supervise manufacturing processes and production teams
• Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met
• Identify production issues and implement improvements
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to optimize processes, costs, and labor
• Manage raw materials, production schedules, and finished goods
• Identify and report unsafe practices and promote a strong safety culture
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and provide training to the team

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Experience in manufacturing environments
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in engineered wood manufacturing
  , including exposure to lamination, panel saw, CNC, edgebander, and quality processes
