Retail Team Lead – Customer Service & Sales

Goodwill Industries of Southwestern Michigan is seeking a full-time Team Leader in Sturgis, Michigan. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional customer service skills and lead team members to achieve sales goals. Duties include training staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures. A high school diploma and leadership experience are preferred. Candidates must be able to lift 35 pounds, have a reliable vehicle for occasional off-site business, and pass a background check and drug screen.
