Job SummaryThe Northern Hills Residential Coordinator is responsible for the overall supervision, training, and support of residential staff and for monitoring the day‑to‑day operations of residential services at the Northern Hills group homes and supervised apartments. The role requires flexibility, ability to work outside typical office hours, and participation in the BHSSC DD Division leadership representative team (LRT) and various committees.
Compensation$26.00 - $28.00 per hour, Full‑time, non‑exempt. The program is 24/7; duties may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities- Supervise Northern Hills residential staff and services.
- Stay current on best practices in the DD field and work with staff to implement these best practices.
- Maintain responsibility for residential schedules working closely with the administrative assistant.
- Maintain responsibility for safety and cleanliness of group homes facilities, including reviewing safety checklists, coordinating fire and tornado drills, communicating with maintenance staff, chairing safety committee, completing quarterly workers compensation reports, etc.
- Assist residential staff as needed to complete job responsibilities—writing assessments, writing programs, implementing schedules and plans, collecting data, etc.
- Monitor data collection to verify Individual Support Plans (ISPs) are being implemented as dictated by each person's team.
- Conduct evaluations with residential staff annually.
- Promptly handle personnel issues, e.g., documentation of exemplary performance, unacceptable performance, plans of correction, etc.
- Participate in LRT on‑call rotation.
- Other duties as assigned by DD Division Director.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in human services or educational fields.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with people who have intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to pass pre‑employment physical, all necessary background checks and drug screening.
