Aufgaben deines Teams: von der Analyse der Krisenursachen inklusive der Financials (GuV, Bilanz, Cashflow) über die strategische und operative Neukonzeption bis hin zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung der vereinbarten Maßnahmen. Diese umfassen u. a. die Optimierung von Geschäftsmodellen
, Maßnahmen zur Performance‑Steigerung
, Abbildung der Zahlen in einer integrierten Planung sowie die regelmäßige Stakeholder‑Kommunikation im direkten Austausch und Sparring mit Geschäftsführern und Führungskräften.
