TMC Germany is looking for a Business Manager to support the development of its consulting activities in Munich or Stuttgart, with a focus on Defence & Public Sector environments. This role focuses on business development, client relationship management, and team growth within an international engineering consultancy environment.
What we expect from you- Support recruitment and hiring of consultants to grow your activity.
- Develop new business opportunities and identify client needs in Defence & Public Sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Act as a key interface between clients and consultants.
- Ensure operational follow‑up of assignments (performance, retention, satisfaction).
- Contribute to account development and business growth.
- Support commercial follow‑ups and internal coordination.
