Test Engineer m​/f​/d

For one of our automotive clients in Stuttgart, our Teams are actively looking for a Test Engineer (m/w/d). The position is to be filled as soon as possible.

Your tasks will be the following:

• You keep the SW versions of the central HW components (display, HU, KOM module) up-to-date in coordination with the contact persons and along the SW release plan.
• In case of problems (e.g. SW update issues) you will find solutions with the help of other contacts and restore the testability of the HW infrastructure.
• A minimum level of B2 in German is mandatory.

• You will independently and in coordination with the responsible contact persons take care of the setup, operation and maintenance of the test board superstructures as well as the test vehicles in the RD/MXN navigation department.
• You are familiar with the different HW setups of different telematics generations (NTG7, Gen
  20x.i2, Gen
  20x.i3). You are proficient in initial test board set-up with regard to component cabling as well as minor modification work on test boards or ECU replacement in vehicles, including the associated specific commissioning routines of the CIVIC and also the TCU (RAMSES).
• You are proficient in the use of the residual bus simulation software ET-Framework. You are experienced in the scope with Monaco and the TuT tool for SW update of the Head Unit. You are familiar with the handling of WinSCP, PuttY and SSH Shell.
