CX Platform Intern: Insights & Analytics

Mercedes-Benz is launching the new "CX Engine" initiative to enhance its customer experience measurement and analysis capabilities. This initiative involves implementing a software-based platform that will consolidate and analyze both experience and operational data from customer touchpoints across the entire customer journey, including digital and physical interactions in order to identify areas for improvement.

As the rollout activities for retail touchpoints are almost complete, the focus is shifting towards the platform itself, to expand the number of features, use cases and analyses available.

The Customer Experience Measurement and Insights team is seeking a Product Management Intern with the following responsibilities:

• Platform & feature Management
• Support in the preparation of market and internal stakeholders’ communications, workshops and events
• Manage technical requirements from stakeholders
• Evaluate, prioritize, and steer timely feature implementation
• Coordinate with markets, regions, technical teams, and external partners
• Develop specific analyses and reports to provide insights on platform performance and share them with the CX community
• Governance and structural enhancement of internal collaboration and knowledge sharing tools

This role is crucial for Mercedes-Benz's efforts to elevate its customer experience by leveraging advanced analytics and insights across the customer journey. You will play a key role in implementing a state-of-the-art CX platform that aligns with the company's commitment to innovation and customer-centricity.

The activity can begin from the end of June 2026.

• Studies in the field of business administration, engineering, business informatics, or related field
• Prior internship or working student assignments in digital fields and product management topics is a plus
• Experience using project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence is a plus
• Experience with BA tools (Power
  
  BI, Tableau…) or programming language (Phyton, VBA, Java script)
• Proficiency in English (German is a plus)
• Resourceful and curious
• Strong communication and customer orientation skills
• Creative with focus on implementation
• Affinity for agile working methods
