- are responsible for migrating an existing build system to Bazel
- analyze and improve existing build scripts and transition them into a more efficient architecture
- monitor and enhance build performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks
- implement quality assurance tools such as QC or Smartest to detect errors early and improve software quality
- support other developers in getting familiar with Bazel through documentation and training
YOU...
- have extensive experience in migrating a build system to Bazel and can provide proof of it
- possess in-depth knowledge of build systems such as GNU Make, CMake, or SCons and use them confidently
- are proficient in using the Linux command line for development and build processes
- are familiar with static and dynamic code analysis and the relevant tools
- have deep knowledge of C++ language standards up to and including C++23
- ideally, have experience working on Java projects
