Role – Technology Analyst - IT Service Management - Stuttgart, Germany (M/F/D)

In this role you act as a primary developer on applications, conduct requirement analysis, define activities and modules to develop, lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes, collaborate with best talent to create innovative high‑quality, defect‑free solutions that meet client business needs, and participate in a learning culture that encourages teamwork, collaboration, excellence, and diversity.

• Strong knowledge of End IT user Services management.
• End user devices management knowledge (IT Service Management End Point: desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices administration).
• Experience with device lifecycle management.
• At least five years of experience in IT stock and asset management.
• Experience in supply chain management, warehousing, and distribution.
• At least 3+ years of strong knowledge and experience with a CMDB and the specific business services that it supports.
• At least five years of experience in ITSM tools and Service Now.
• Proven ability and experience in executing strategic asset management processes successfully.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management processes and experience with discovery tools.
• Autonomous in performing multiple tasks independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of German language skills and speaking.

• Perform daily operational tasks.
• Plan, monitor, and record hardware stocks to ensure compliance with vendor contracts using different software tools.
• Experience in stock management.
• Experience in client hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile devices).
• Experience in Windows OS, device upgrade and end‑of‑life topics.
• Apply continuous improvement approach to enhance technology spending strategies and track assets within the CMDB throughout their lifecycle.
• Ensure effective management of the CMDB and accurate content.
• Supervise procurement analysts.
• Provide KPI/metric information and standardized reporting on a scheduled basis as well as unscheduled reporting demanded by management.
• Manage inventory of CIs and assets, including dependencies and attributes, ensuring modifications, withdrawals, and additions are correctly recorded to comply with vendor contracts.
• Certification or training in Windows technologies.
• Experience in printer support.
