For Team Cloud, we are looking for a
Student Assistant / Research Assistant (HiWi) (m/f/d)in the area of internal AI inferencing services

- Supporting the evaluation and internal use of an AI inference service at HLRS
- Collecting and evaluating tasks that could be addressed through the internal service
- Writing internal documentation and user-oriented material
- Interest in artificial intelligence, AI inference services, cloud computing, or user-oriented AI workflows
- Basic experience with the Linux operating system, and some programming or scripting experience, for example in Python
- A careful and responsible way of working with internal information
- Good communication skills in English
- At least 10 hours of availability per week
The work will be carried out in close coordination with Team Cloud. The focus of the position is on evaluation, benchmarking, documentation, training, and user support. Independent responsibility for service deployment or maintenance is not part of the position.
Your workplace is located in Stuttgart-Vaihingen, in close proximity to the University of Stuttgart and the Stuttgart Media University. Remuneration is based on the hourly rates applicable to the University of Stuttgart.
