What Drives Success
- Provides assembly training to new hires and guidance to current employees in the manufacturing environment.
- Ensures new hires are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to perform their tasks efficiently.
- Provides continuing training and guidance to existing employees.
- Prioritizes safety and accident prevention by applying lean manufacturing and safety best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years related experience.
- Thorough working knowledge of contemporary manufacturing and distribution processes.
- Ability to read tape measure, perform calculations, and write legibly.
- Ability to read and interpret specifications and assembly schematics.
- Basic ability to effectively coach and influence others while socializing/reinforcing appropriate functional/operational direction.
- Effective verbal communication.
- Displays sound judgment and leadership.
- Working knowledge of IT solutions.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Compensation: This is an hourly non‑exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $27.65
/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
