Nurse Position

Our institution, IME Epione, is recruiting a nurse on a full-time fixed-term contract for a duration of one month (possible renewal), for a start date as soon as possible.

YOUR MISSIONS

Reporting to the Director of the institution and the head of the care service in charge of the IME care pole, your missions will be to:

- Ensure the well-being; the safety, the continuity of care and the clinical surveillance of the users.

- Participate in the elaboration, implementation and evaluation of individualized care projects,

- Coordinate the care, treatments and medical appointments in liaison with the medical and therapeutic teams ;

- Contribute to the relationship with the families, to the institutional dynamic and to the improvement of the practices via the proposals of adapted protocols ;

- Carry out the nursing care, prepare and administer the treatments, and ensure the rigorous maintenance of the patient file.

THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Holder of the state nursing diploma, you have excellent relational qualities, with a strong sense of listening, communication and kindness.

You show discretion, rigor and organization, while knowing how to adapt to different situations.

You work effectively both in a team and in autonomy, and you master the computer tools, notably the Office Pack.
