As a Security Officer - Access Control in Stuttgart, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced manufacturing and industrial location where you will manage access control at key entry points, verify credentials, support visitor check-in, and monitor cameras and alarms. You will conduct routine patrols and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, while providing clear communication and customer service to employees, drivers, and guests.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Control access at assigned entry points by verifying identification and authorization, managing visitor sign-in and badge issuance, and directing deliveries and contractors to designated areas.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and access control systems; document irregular activity and report maintenance or operational concerns through established channels.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, assisting with evacuations, and coordinating with on-site personnel and first responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or policy violations, with working environments and conditions varying by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
