** Description/Job Summary
**** SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION

* Schedule:
** Monday - Friday 7:00a.m.
- 4:00p.m., including callouts, nights, weekends, and 12 hours days during harvest.
** Pay:**$18.00 per hour

* Job Duties:
** Include construction and maintenance activities on equipment and structures at facilities used to store, dry and mill rice products. These activities may include but are not limited to, millwright work, welding/cutting/fabrication of steel, equipment demolition and repair, and concrete construction. Successful applicants should be aware of construction site safety rules and able to contribute to a team-based work environment.
** Basic Qualifications
*** Must possess skills to cut, weld, and operate machinery such as forklifts and sky tracks.
* Must possess extensive skills in hand and power tools.
* Must be willing and able to lift up to 110 lbs.
* Must be willing and able to bend, stoop, twist, turn, push, pull, and crawl throughout the day.
* Must be willing and able to ride man-lifts.
* Must be willing and to climb to and work at heights up to 200 feet.
* Must be willing and able to tolerate working in hot and cold temperatures for extended periods of time.
* Must be willing and able to travel out of town for extended periods of time.
* Must be available for call outs at all times during harvest and able to respond within 35 minutes.
* Must be willing and able to do basic math (add, subtract, multiply and divide), and read a tape measure.
* Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license to drive a company vehicle.
* Must read, write, speak, and understand the English language fluently.
* Must be willing and able wear the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
* Must be willing and able to follow all safety and food safety rules.
* Other duties as requested by supervisor.
** Preferences
* ** Construction, millwright, and/or industrial maintenance experience.
* General concrete and electrical experience.
