RES is seeking an experienced site equipment operator in Arkansas to safely operate backhoe, loader, roller, and crane-related gear on our Civil/Electrical project sites. You will perform pre-inspections, monitor equipment, and maintain orderly job sites.
The role requires adherence to OSHA procedures, ability to travel as needed, and willingness to work across varied terrain. Compensation is bonus eligible and determined by experience and location.
