Harvard Bioscience is currently seeking a Warehouse Worker at our Reutlingen site to support our expanding production footprint and growing customer demand. This role combines warehouse and logistics activities with simple, routine production‑related tasks, ensuring smooth material flow, reliable inventory levels, and basic production support. The position plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency across warehouse and production. Must live within 20 minutes of Reutlingen Germany.

• Picking and commissioning of goods for production and shipment
• Coordination of goods receipt and dispatch, including execution of related inventory transactions in the warehouse management system
• Ensuring proper storage & packaging of products in line with internal quality standards
• Performing regular stock checks and inventory counts to ensure accurate inventory levels
• Investigating potential posting errors, carrying out corrective inventory postings, and implementing corrective and preventive measures
• Supporting production by providing components in accordance with production schedules
• Performing simple manual production tasks, e.g. basic assemblies, labeling, packaging, or repackaging of products as well as simple inspection of parts and assemblies

• Experience working with warehouse management systems and MS Office applications
• Experience with Kanban systems and standard warehouse processes
• Reliable and detail‑oriented working style
• Experience with common MS Office applications and working with an ERP system
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken

• Several years of professional experience in a warehouse and production environment
• Nice to have:
  English language skills

• Completed as a warehouse logistics specialist or a comparable qualification

• The role involves regular warehouse activities such as picking, packing, and material handling.
• Occasional lifting and handling of heavier components or assemblies is required.
• The role also involves prolonged standing and walking.
