• You’re reliable, punctual, and ready to work outdoors in all seasons
• You’re comfortable using commercial lawn equipment or eager to learn

• You’re physically capable of lifting, bending, moving all day
• You work well with a team and take feedback with a good attitude

• Mow, edge, trim, and blow off properties following the daily route
• Weed flower beds, trim shrubs, and clear seasonal debris as assigned
• Ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards

• Operate zero-turn mowers, walk-behinds, string trimmers, and blowers
• Perform basic maintenance checks before and after use (fuel, oil, blades, etc.)
• Report any broken tools or equipment issues to your Crew Leader

• Arrive in uniform, ready to work, and stay on pace with your team
• Follow direction from the Crew Leader and assist wherever needed
• Represent the company respectfully on client properties

• Wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures on-site
• Keep trucks, trailers, and tools organized and clean
• Leave every job site better than you found it—no trash, no damage

• You enjoy working outdoors and being physically active.
