Temporary Patient Service Associates (Polyclinic Frontline)

Sector: Healthcare / Polyclinic Front Desk

• $10.50/hour (N/O/A-Level or Private Diploma holders)
• $13.00/hour (Local Polytechnic Diploma holders)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  
  • Some days may start earlier at 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Requires standing for extended periods

Job Responsibilities:

• Register patients and manage appointment scheduling
• Provide support at the front desk and assist with kiosk use
• Perform basic crowd control and respond to public enquiries
• Assist with other general administrative and ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to commit for at least 3 months
• Mandatory screening for Tdap, MMR, COVID, Varicella, and Hepatitis B
• Vaccination cost is covered if candidate starts work
