Location: River Valley
3 months Temp Clinic Assistant (Outram/Punggol) (5.5 Days, Office hours) (Up $13/hr) #HJCT
Mon to Fri: 8am to 5pm (1 hour break). Possible early shifts: 7am to 4pm or 7:30am to 4:30pm. Needs to be comfortable starting earlier.
Sat: 8am to 12pm.
Work week: 5.5 days, up to 44h/week based on clinic operation timing. Staff must stand for long hours.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Represent clinic as front‑line support staff.
- Handle patient registration, schedule appointments, and promote digital services.
- Assist and guide patients on using self‑service kiosk/digital services.
- Provide frontline support for patients, including crowd control and responding to patient inquiries.
- Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
