• Act as the first point of contact, representing the principal professionally.
• Maintain call logs and update client information.
• Maintain accounts meticulously and provide any support the manager needs.

• Comfortable with frequent phone communication.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Detail‑oriented and reliable.
