We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator/Scheduler to join our fire division!
Nature & Scope
Processing and tracking work orders and associated invoicesProcessing and tracking local purchases, and ensuring associated documentation are forwarded to the appropriate personnel.Responsible for keeping branch records for expenses and updating them accordingly.Review all employee information for personnel and ensure accurate and timely reports are forwarded to Head Office.Strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.Process all documents with accuracy and efficiency.Other administrative duties as required.Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of computer proficiencyStrong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Experience scheduling or coordinating service personnel will be considered a strong asset2-year diploma in secretarial/administration or business program or equivalent work experience preferredIndustry Experience PreferredPrevious experience in contracting service schedulingMechanical aptitude is an assetSalary: $55,
