Currently, we have an opening for a Workshop Planner
. The Workshop Planner is responsible for providing administrative support including data entry, report completion and customer correspondence.

What you will be doing
Providing prompt response to customer expedited requestsOpening and maintaining jobs for the workshop including preparing and releasing quotations, and assigning system purchase orders to outside service jobsPreparing weekly backorder reports, shipping documents and customer invoicingAssisting with preparing and maintaining documents, drawings, and specifications to provide with work orderCreating job cost estimatesCompleting pertinent data collection and reporting as required by locationEntering data for all failure and test reports and non-conformances in Quality Management SystemsEnvironmental Health and Safety

University Degree or College Diploma in Administrative Assistant or Business Administration or equivalate experienceMinimum of one (1) year experience in an administrative roleStrong administrative skills and computer literacyStrong attention to detailExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEncourages collaboration within own and inter-departmental teamsAbility to work well under pressureGeneral knowledge of mining equipment product lines an assetAbility to make decisions based on current warranty policiesIn return for your passion and drive
