    Your Role as a Project Billing Administrator:

    Choose your own adventure! Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home  a Project Billing Administrator, your role will include:

  • Generating and submitting draft invoices for approval, incorporating revisions as requested.
  • Obtaining additional billing details as required to ensure billing accuracy, and escalating billing issues or concerns to the Billing Supervisor.
  • Finalizing and issuing invoices, with supporting documentation, to clients within established deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Reviewing ongoing projects to identify those requiring monthly billing based on progress, and preparing invoices in collaboration with Project Managers.
  • Reviewing billing schedules and contractual terms for new projects.
  • Working closely with Finance and Operations teams to address billing‑related issues and concerns.
  • Assisting with opening projects in the ERP system, ensuring all required pre‑set‑up information is reviewed and accurate prior to activation.
