Position: Operations Administrative Student Needed
Location: Greater Sudbury

Become an Administrative Student with Hexagon, supporting various office operations on a part-time basis at the Dowling, ON location.

Your role will be pivotal in providing support while maintaining confidentiality and an inviting office environment.

You will be tasked with managing essential administrative functions, from creating employee IDs to maintaining the reception area. Additionally, your organizational skills will help in supporting company events and office procedures. A friendly approach will enhance interactions with employees and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with various administrative support tasks

• Create employee photos, , and graphics

• Keep the front reception area organized

• Upload and maintain internal TV presentation slides

• Help coordinate company activities and events

Requirements:

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent

• Preference for Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Good attention to detail required

• Proven organizational skills needed
