Position: Finance Leader with Cultural Insight

Assume a finance leadership role as Chief Financial Administrator, ensuring fiscal health while embracing cultural diversity. Located in beautiful Northern Ontario, manage finance and HR operations.

The Chief Financial Administrator will lead accounting, compliance, and operational governance within multiple sectors, including Indigenous and Francophone. The position requires close collaboration with a small team and a commitment to upholding organizational values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preparation and review of financial reports

• Review and resolve financial discrepancies

• Guide compliance with applicable financial standards

• Support financial process improvements

• Act as a financial resource for inquiries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

• Preference for CPA designation

• 7+ years in accounting/finance

• Experience with full-cycle accounting practices

• Strong attention to communication and detail
