Building relationships and educating members on products tailored to their needs will be essential parts of your daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process financial transactions such as bill payments and wires

• Assist members with mobile banking and eTransfers

• Build strong relationships through financial lifecycle education

• Recommend appropriate products based on member situations

• Refer needs that require expert advice to Member Advisors

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree or two years of customer service experience

• Effective cash handling and retail experience

• Positive, eager attitude toward learning and helping others

• Must pass bondability checks, including criminal and credit

• Motivated to assist members in achieving financial goals
