The Summit Readiness Associate role offers a unique opportunity within the Commercial Banking Development Programs s initiative welcomes individuals from various backgrounds to immerse themselves in credit, risk, and client service environments, preparing them for future roles in commercial banking. Participants gain substantial exposure and mentorship over the course of 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in finance or closely related field

• 2–6 years of credit or advisory experience preferred

• Demonstrated interest in transaction banking and global finance

• Effective communication and decision-making skills required

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access necessary
