Join Sudbury Credit Union as a Member Advisor, where you'll foster relationships and guide members in financial growth. This permanent, full-time position emphasizes expert product advice and community service.

As a Member Advisor, you'll engage with both new and existing members to assess their financial needs. You'll recommend a full suite of products, including mortgages and investments, ensuring that your guidance aligns with their goals. With a focus on lifelong learning, you’ll enhance your knowledge to deliver top-notch service in our six branches and on digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with members to assess financial needs

• Recommend mortgages, loans, and investment solutions

• Educate members on banking products and services

• Provide expert advice to support financial goals

• Maintain current knowledge of financial regulations

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience

• Minimum 3 years in credit union or banking

• Personal Financial Planner (PFP) certification preferred

• Experience in personal and business banking is a plus

• Must be bondable with background checks
