The Customer Experience Associate position is a 10-month fixed-term contract. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored banking advice while adhering to TD's Code of Conduct. Your contributions will help achieve business objectives and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process financial transactions like deposits and withdrawals
• Recommend banking solutions based on customer needs
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries effectively
• Achieve goals by promoting banking products
• Support a positive team environment through collaboration
Requirements:
• High school diploma and/or 1+ years of experience
• Strong organizational skills in fast-paced settings
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Excellent communication skills for diverse interactions
