Reporting to the CEO, the Finance Manager will blend strategic oversight with hands-on execution across accounting, payroll, and financial management. Your contributions will support individuals in their recovery journey while ensuring sustainable financial practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of accounting, payroll, and reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Ensure compliance with government regulations and remittances

• Lead financial audits and year-end processes

• Supervise payroll processing and employee benefit administration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• CPA preferred or pursuing qualification

• Over 5 years of finance management experience

• Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance

• Proficiency in accounting systems, especially Sage 300
