Position: Finance Assistant In-Person Role

Join our finance team as a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to streamline daily financial operations and ensure compliance with company policies. This role emphasizes accurate record-keeping and data management.

We are looking for a Financial Assistant with 1-2 years of relevant experience to support our finance operations. Your responsibilities will include managing accounts receivable, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications are essential to succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts receivable tasks daily

• Prepare and process invoices and expense reports

• Maintain financial records for accuracy and compliance

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 1-2 years of financial or accounting experience preferred

• Basic accounting principles knowledge

• Fluent in English and French, spoken and written

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
