Position: IAMGOLD Financial Analyst Role
Location: Greater Sudbury

Join IAMGOLD as a Financial Analyst and contribute to the future of mining in Canada’s Sudbury region. This role focuses on month-end closures, budgets, and financial analyses across operations.

As part of the FP&A team, you'll play an essential role in integrating finance with operational strategies, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. This 18-month contract position emphasizes collaboration, reporting, and adherence to company policies, all while advancing your career in the mining industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate month-end closure and accurate financial reporting

• Enhance monthly cost accrual processes for efficiency

• Collaborate with departments to address variances

• Assist in preparing site budget and Life of Mine plans

• Support both internal and external audit adherence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

• 3+ years of finance experience; mining background preferred

• Fluent in English;
French language skills are a bonus

• Proficient in MS Office and advanced Excel capabilities

• Familiarity with Oracle ERP is advantageous
